What went wrong?

My father’s treatment at LabAid Cardiac Hospital was completely disordered and unprofessional. Negligence after negligence eventually led to his death. He was brought to the hospital on 26 Oct, 2007, and the neurology doctor was involved on 10 Nov, 2007 in the morning. But my father suffered brain injury after admitted to the hospital which is on 26th Oct, 2006. Blood was stuck in his brain while he had the massive heart attack on 26 Oct, 2007. So he was not been treated for his brain injury during all these days. My father’s TB test was sent on 03 Nov, 2007. My question is, why it took so long to send the TB test for diagnostic, and why it took so long to detect this TB? Even the TB diagnosis result was confusing. LabAid pathology centre reported no TB, but the Monowara Diagnostic at Panthopath, Dhaka reported TB in my father!

I honestly believe that if his treatment for TB and Neurological problem started at the right time, his life could have been saved. His treatment in a sub-human condition at their CCU also contributed to his death.

Please have a look at the youtube video to understand how miserably he was left on the CCU of Labaid Cardiac Hospital, bed no 8:
